Processing & Fulfillment

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Due to the custom nature of our garments and quality control process, orders may require additional processing time during high-volume releases, preorders, or limited drops.

Every item is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure the quality and integrity of each piece.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are between 7–21 business days depending on product availability, production volume, and shipping destination.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or high-demand release periods.

Preorders & Limited Drops

Certain products may be released as preorder or limited-edition items. Preorder items are produced specifically for customers after purchase to maintain exclusivity and reduce waste.

By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge and accept extended fulfillment and shipping timelines.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout. Neighborhood Street Clothing is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses submitted by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Neighborhood Street Clothing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

International Shipping

International shipping times may vary depending on customs clearance and local postal services. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
