Return & Exchange Policy

All Sales Final

Due to the limited and exclusive nature of our collections, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A description of the problem

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or store credit if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Worn or washed garments
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Sale items
  • Limited release items
  • Gift cards
